The Advance Project® Training Overview
The Advance Project® offers a range of learning options for residential and community aged care professionals, and GPs, nurses and support staff in general practice and primary care.
Training has been developed to build knowledge of, and skills in using practical tools and resources to support the provision of palliative care and advance care planning (ACP) in everyday aged and primary care settings.
The Advance Project training has been informed by literature reviews and extensive input and feedback from expert advisory groups, GPs, aged and primary care nurses and allied health staff, aged and primary care managers, careworkers, and consumer representatives.
