New interactive PDF versions of the Advance Project consumer resources are available. We are committed to making further developments in our processes and consumer resources this year. The Advance Project resources have been refreshed based on the feedback we received, and these resources have now been converted to interactive editable PDFs to make assessing patients and their carers’ palliative and supportive care needs in general practice settings much easier. A new electronic fillable PDF version of the guidebook for patients is also available to help them prepare for advance care planning discussions.
